Customer Service Coordinator - French & Spanish

About the role

Join Volvo Action Service as a Customer Service Coordinator, providing multilingual support for vehicle breakdowns across Europe. You will be part of a 24/7 operation that ensures customers receive fast, proactive assistance in English, French and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Handle international breakdown calls, taking full ownership of each case.
• Communicate regularly with dealers and keep customers updated on repair progress.
• Apply creative problem‑solving to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues across sites in Belgium, the UK, Romania and South Africa.
• Work shift patterns to guarantee round‑the‑clock coverage.
