Customer Service Coordinator – French & Italian

About the role

Join Volvo Action Service as a Customer Service Coordinator supporting French and Italian speaking customers across Europe. You will be part of a 24/7 multi‑site operation that ensures vehicles are back on the road quickly and customers receive proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Handle international breakdown calls, taking full ownership of each case.
• Communicate regularly with dealers and keep customers updated on repair progress.
• Apply creative problem‑solving to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Ghent, Rugby, Bucharest and Johannesburg to deliver seamless service.
• Work shift patterns to provide round‑the‑clock coverage.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different customer styles.
