Customer Service Associate – Pharmaceutical Company

About the role

KRKA Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its international pharmaceutical team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries about orders, product availability, shipments, payments and product‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone and e‑mail support to clients regarding orders, stock, shipments and payments.
• Plan, execute and report on sales activities for clients according to company instructions.
• Monitor product stock levels and ensure accurate inventory information.
• Enter and forward client complaints using the company’s IT systems.
• Maintain client and order data in the CRM and related databases.
• Track orders, dispatches and payment arrangements.
• Prepare analyses and reviews of sales and related data.
• Collect and forward safety information on medicines and support pharmacovigilance processes.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree.
• Previous experience in customer service and phone/internet sales.
• Strong selling and communication abilities (phone, video, face‑to‑face).
• Well‑organized, precise and able to work with CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Patient, dynamic, proactive and resilient.
