Customer Sales Advisor Internship

About the role

This internship supports the Customer Service team within Bosch's Mobility Aftermarket Division. You will act as a point of contact for customers, sales teams and internal departments, handling order inquiries and shipment follow‑up while gaining exposure to an international logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, sales, and internal departments regarding orders and shipments.
• Advise customers and communicate with them by phone and email.
• Manage end‑to‑end customer follow‑up from order entry to delivery.
• Monitor and analyse performance data and assist in preparing related reports.
• Prepare presentations for customer meetings.
• Support various ongoing projects within the Customer and Logistics Service.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a logistics or related background.
• Team player with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Motivated to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Good Excel skills for data handling and basic analysis.
