Customer Care Officer

About the role

As a Customer Care Officer at EMAsphere, you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking and international clients using our SaaS solution. You will help them resolve issues, guide them through the platform, and ensure a smooth, satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via tickets, email, and phone in French, Dutch and English.
• Analyse client needs, propose tailored solutions, and follow up to guarantee resolution.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets using internal tools.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base articles, guides and videos in multiple languages.
• Assist with onboarding, account setup and configuration of accounting connectors.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0‑3 years of experience in customer care or a strong interest in the field.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a very good level of English.
• Comfortable with digital tools and eager to understand how they work.
• Solution‑oriented, empathetic, structured and curious.
• Team‑player who enjoys helping others grow.
