CRM Program Lead – Salesforce

About the role

Phinest is seeking a seasoned CRM Program Lead to drive global Salesforce transformation programmes for large, complex organisations. You will work at the intersection of business and IT, shaping vision, road‑maps and ensuring successful delivery across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall programme vision, roadmap and rollout strategy in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead programme governance, coordinating multiple workstreams on a global scale.
• Align global and regional stakeholders to capture business needs, processes, customer journeys and user adoption.
• Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, supporting decision‑making and managing trade‑offs.
• Deliver programme milestones while managing risks, budget and timelines.
• Drive change‑management initiatives in coordination with other transformation programmes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent.
• 7‑15 years of proven programme management experience.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong strategic communication skills with senior business audiences.
