CRM Marketing Manager – B2C & B2B

About the role

Immoweb is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to shape the relationship with millions of users across Belgium. You will own the strategy for both B2C retention and B2B lifecycle management, turning data into personalized experiences on web and app.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a holistic CRM strategy for B2C user retention and B2B customer lifetime value.
• Partner with Go‑To‑Market, Sales and Customer Care to launch products and automate the end‑to‑end B2B journey.
• Build and maintain audience segments, scoring models and A/B testing frameworks.
• Manage the tech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Firebase, Google Analytics, Airship) for email, push and SMS campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and guarantee deliverability.
• Integrate AI tools to automate workflows and improve predictive messaging.

Required profile

• Significant experience in CRM, loyalty or lifecycle management, preferably on a high‑traffic marketplace or digital platform.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, tech, sales and data teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven optimisation.
