Courier Performance Lead – Belgium

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Courier Performance Lead to own the end‑to‑end courier lifecycle and performance ecosystem across Belgium. You will translate the country’s overarching strategy into a tactical roadmap, drive operational efficiency, and ensure labor relations support commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Courier Lifecycle Roadmap that scales and engages the fleet.
• Lead national and global project deployments in partnership with Scoober Centers of Excellence.
• Oversee complex disciplinary and performance‑management cases in line with Belgian labor legislation.
• Drive the Monthly Business Review process using predictive analytics to provide forward‑looking insights.
• Act as a strategic partner on industrial relations, managing union and works‑council dynamics.
• Manage emergency operations, including severe‑weather closures and accident response coordination.

Required profile

• Strong analytical storytelling ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience with offshore Shared Service Centers and global specialist teams.
• Deep knowledge of complex employment models, labor regulations, and industrial‑relations environments.
• Demonstrated success guiding operational teams through rapid organizational change.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence internal and external partners.
• Commitment to nurturing team dynamics, workforce planning, and professional development.
