Courier Performance Lead – Belgium

About the role

We are a leading global online delivery platform seeking a Courier Performance Lead for Belgium. You will design and execute the end‑to‑end courier lifecycle strategy, turning operational data into commercial success while ensuring compliance with local labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the country’s overall strategy into a tactical Courier Lifecycle Roadmap to scale and engage the fleet.
• Lead national and global project deployments in partnership with Scoober Centres of Excellence.
• Oversee complex disciplinary and performance‑management cases in line with Belgian labour law.
• Drive the Monthly Business Review process for the courier domain using predictive analytics.
• Act as a strategic partner on industrial relations, managing union and works‑council dynamics.
• Coordinate emergency operations, including severe‑weather closures and accident response.

Required profile

• Strong analytical storytelling ability to convey data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience with offshore Shared Service Centers and global specialist teams.
• Deep knowledge of complex employment models, labour regulations and industrial‑relations environments.
• Track record of guiding operational teams through rapid organisational change.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for influencing internal and external partners.
• Commitment to team development, workforce planning and professional growth.
