About the role
We are partnering with a globally recognised commercial vehicle brand to find a dynamic Country Sales Manager for Belgium. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, shaping market strategy and expanding the distributor network in line with the company’s ambitious objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual sales plan for Belgium, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Design and adapt sales strategies based on competitive analysis, launch promotional campaigns and meet sales targets.
- Create competitive distributor policies, motivate and manage distributors to achieve yearly sales objectives.
- Lead key‑account sales initiatives to increase their contribution to total revenue.
- Recruit new agents or distributors and oversee showroom construction according to network expansion plans and standards.
Required profile
- Strong willingness to engage in international business and commit to long‑term overseas operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the commercial vehicle or related sector.
- Background in marketing or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent cross‑cultural communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Readiness to travel frequently or be stationed abroad, with high motivation, resilience and ability to work under pressure.
