Counter Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Counter Manager in Antwerp, you will lead a luxury beauty counter within Dior’s flagship store. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and ensuring flawless daily operations in line with Dior’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs and implement action plans to exceed performance goals.
• Lead, inspire and develop a team to provide best‑in‑class service while embodying Dior’s values.
• Deliver personalized luxury consultations and build lasting client relationships.
• Oversee daily counter operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, reporting and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Recruit, coach and nurture a high‑performing, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, beauty or cosmetics management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Fluency in Dutch, English and French.
