Corporate Travel Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Corporate Travel Agent to join our international team. You will be responsible for handling flight, rail, and hotel bookings for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Book flight reservations for employees and clients.
• Arrange rail travel and manage related itineraries.
• Handle hotel reservations using the company’s internal booking system.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver optimal service.
• Respond quickly to urgent requests and resolve unexpected travel issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel agency or corporate travel environment.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to work independently and accurately.
• Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible, efficient, and a strong team player.
