Corporate & M&A Associate (Junior)

About the role

Eubialis, Belgium’s largest independent law firm, is expanding its Brussels team. The firm seeks a Junior Associate with a strong interest in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions to support a diverse client base ranging from multinational corporations to local entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, management incentive plans, and general corporate documents in both domestic and cross‑border contexts.
• Offer guidance on all corporate law matters throughout a client’s lifecycle, including contentious and non‑contentious issues.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to team growth.
• Collaborate with specialists from other practice areas such as tax, employment, competition, and intellectual property.

Required profile

• Belgian law degree with strong academic results.
• Fluent in Dutch and excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Dynamic, hands‑on attorney eager to develop the Corporate & M&A practice.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• 2‑5 years of relevant legal experience.
