About the role

We are looking for a Copilot Consultant to design and implement Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions that drive efficiency and innovation for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into tailored, high‑impact AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Analyse client requirements, identify gaps and propose customized AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
• Share knowledge internally, contributing to team expertise and best‑practice documentation.
• Support webinars, talks and other knowledge‑sharing events about Copilot.

Required profile

• Experience with Microsoft technologies and a solid understanding of Copilot Studio.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to craft effective, impact‑focused solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in clear language.
• Team player who enjoys learning, sharing knowledge and staying up‑to‑date with GenAI developments.
• Passion for Microsoft, Copilot and the broader GenAI ecosystem.
