Conversion & Digital Growth Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Conversion & Digital Growth Consultant to optimise the online customer journey from consideration to conversion for a leading European brand. In this data‑driven position you will combine analytics, CRO, marketing automation and Paid Search insights to boost qualified leads and online sales while advising stakeholders on performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise the digital customer journey to increase lead generation and sales.
• Identify conversion opportunities through data analysis, funnel optimisation and CRO.
• Develop, prioritise and validate optimisation hypotheses via A/B testing.
• Act as a strategic challenger to external Paid Search agencies, evaluating performance and recommending improvements.
• Combine online and offline lead data to extract actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, data teams and external partners to drive commercial results.
• Maintain a continuous test‑and‑learn approach to improve customer experience and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, growth marketing or conversion optimisation.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with excellent stakeholder management.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and passion for continuous optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to turn data into actionable business recommendations.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and funnel analysis.
• Attribution modelling and conversion tracking.
• CRO, UX analysis and A/B testing.
• Marketing automation platforms.
• Paid Search expertise (Google Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen).
• Lead tracking, CRM integrations and customer journey analysis.
