Conversation Manager (NL)

About the role

Be Connect is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Conversation Manager to join its social and mobile marketing team in Brussels. You will be responsible for creating, curating and managing content that engages client communities across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, prepare and propose content to clients for validation.
• Search weekly for relevant content that matches client expectations and conversation guidelines.
• Schedule approved content (photos, videos, links) to maximise reach and impact.
• Monitor daily comments, posts and tweets, analyse feedback and actively engage with the audience.
• Produce monthly performance reports summarising activity on each social channel.
• Collaborate with clients to develop long‑term social media strategies that keep their online communities vibrant.

Required profile

• Native Dutch speaker with strong French and English proficiency.
• Excellent written communication and strong common‑sense judgment.
• Higher education diploma.
• Passion for digital and interactive communication, familiar with major social networks.
• Creative, customer‑focused, well‑organized and highly responsible.
• Result‑oriented with a solution‑driven mindset.
