About the role
Keytrade Bank, Belgium’s leading direct bank, is looking for a Junior Financial Control Officer to join its Accounting & Financial Control team. You will help maintain the bank’s financial health by balancing costs and revenues, supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Structure and manage financial data for reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to monthly financial forecasts and budget monitoring.
- Analyze deviations between actual and forecasted performance and provide recommendations.
- Develop and implement analytical accounting processes.
- Optimize general expense processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Accounting & Financial Control.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
- Proactive, autonomous, hands‑on attitude with the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Fluent in French; English and Dutch are a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
