Contract Logistics Admin & WMS Key User

About the role

Join the Contract Logistics team in Liège as a Contract Logistics Admin Key User for the Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will act as the functional expert for the system, supporting operational teams, customers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, test, and update WMS applications to guarantee proper functioning.
• Serve as the first point of contact for system incidents, issues, and improvement requests.
• Train and support users across operations and administration.
• Monitor system performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and collaborate with IT, regional teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Assist Customer Service with system inquiries and operational problems.
• Analyse KPIs and propose enhancements for operational efficiency.
• Translate business needs into system configurations and manage change requests.

Required profile

• IT‑related studies or equivalent hands‑on experience in an IT‑driven environment.
• 1–2 years of experience in application support, business support, or similar roles.
• Practical understanding of logistics processes (inbound, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management).
• Strong analytical mindset with a customer‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, organized and solution‑driven.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with reporting and data analysis tools such as Business Objects or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
