Content & Social Media Internship

About the role

Join Decathlon Belgium’s Content, Social & Influence team as a Content & Social Media Intern. You will support daily operations, from strategic brainstorming to hands‑on creation and editing of social‑media content, helping to promote sport and the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions to generate content ideas aligned with communication goals.
• Conceptualise and develop original formats for Instagram, TikTok and other key platforms.
• Plan, scout and execute video shoots, handling framing, audio and lighting.
• Edit short‑form videos (Reels, Stories, TikToks) adding graphics, subtitles, transitions and adapting formats.
• Support the team on‑site during internal or external events to capture live content.
• Monitor social‑media trends and translate them into relevant content ideas.
• Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers and traffic experts to ensure strategic consistency across campaigns.

Required profile

• Motivated, curious and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Student enrolled in a program related to digital communication, marketing or content creation.
• Strong interest in social media and understanding of current formats and trends.
• Proactive, creative, adaptable and comfortable pitching ideas.
• Team player who is open‑minded, communicative and collaborative.
• Passion for sport, whether as a participant or an enthusiast.
