Content & Leadership Communications Specialist

About the role

Euroclear is seeking a dynamic Content & Leadership Communications Specialist to join its external communications team. The role focuses on corporate storytelling, social media, and supporting senior leaders to enhance the company’s brand presence and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish high‑quality B2B content, ensuring strong storytelling and accuracy.
• Support executive profiling and develop structured senior‑leadership content, especially on LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the Group Social Media Manager to plan editorial calendars and translate business priorities into clear themes.
• Design, launch and manage a social‑media ambassadorship programme, providing guidance, toolkits and onboarding for ambassadors.
• Coordinate with media and communications teams to repurpose and amplify content across channels.
• Set up and maintain a reporting framework, define KPIs, track performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor external trends, social‑media developments and community insights to continuously improve content formats and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in content roles, preferably in a corporate or highly regulated environment.
• Native‑level English writing and editing skills.
• Experience in the financial sector is a strong plus.
