Consumable Coordinator – European Distribution Hubs

About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Consumable Coordinator to support its European Distribution Hubs in Beerse and La Louvière. The role ensures reliable availability of critical consumables for day‑to‑day distribution operations, acting as the central link between suppliers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships, raise and process purchase orders, confirm delivery schedules and track estimated arrival times.
- Accelerate late deliveries, resolve shortages or damage claims, and monitor supplier performance.
- Coordinate incoming shipments with warehouse teams, verify goods against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Forecast demand, perform reconciliations and cycle counts, and manage replenishment between storage locations.
- Set and review minimum order quantities and safety stock levels, optimizing replenishment strategies.
- Monitor consumables spend and identify cost‑optimisation opportunities through standardisation, supplier collaboration and sustainability initiatives.
