About the role
ICF is seeking a Consultant to join its Climate Policy practice, working on high‑impact projects for public and private clients across Europe. The role offers exposure to flagship initiatives such as the EU Innovation Fund, climate diplomacy studies, and sustainable finance action plans.
Key responsibilities
- Support delivery of complex climate and environmental projects for institutions like the European Commission and development finance banks.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders through surveys and interviews.
- Contribute to ICF’s thought leadership by identifying emerging policy trends and shaping new service offerings.
Required profile
- Fluency in spoken English and excellent written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work in a multi‑national, multi‑disciplinary team.
- Interest in climate policy, sustainable finance, and the transition to a net‑zero economy.
