Consultant – Business Development & Project Delivery

About the role

BXVentures Advisory is seeking consultants who combine a founder’s mindset with top‑tier strategy and execution. The role blends business development, project delivery and thought leadership in a fast‑moving, AI‑enhanced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and flag new opportunities within existing client assignments to drive organic growth.
• Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses and marketing initiatives.
• Own and independently deliver one or multiple project workstreams end‑to‑end, managing day‑to‑day client interaction.
• Design and facilitate workshops, translate ambiguous challenges into structured solutions and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Develop recognised expertise in a sector or functional domain and create methodology or IP.
• Guide junior analysts, provide feedback, and participate in recruiting activities.
• Apply AI tools proactively to accelerate analysis and improve deliverable quality.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Trilingual in Dutch, French and English.
• 3–4 years of consulting or transformation project experience (MBB, Big Four).
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex work independently.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and problem‑solving orientation.
