Construction Warehouse Manager / Supervisor – EPCM Semiconductor Plant

About the role

You will lead the construction site warehouse for a high‑tech semiconductor fabrication project, ensuring seamless material flow and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role combines logistics expertise with construction site coordination in a fast‑paced EPCM environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, organize and operate the construction site warehouse (goods receipt, storage, picking, dispatch).
• Ensure efficient material flows between the warehouse, construction site and subcontractors.
• Manage deliveries, monitor inventory levels and storage capacities while respecting project schedules.
• Coordinate logistics service providers, suppliers and internal project stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce process, quality and occupational safety standards in warehouse operations.
• Support material and inventory controlling, including documentation and tracking of deliveries and consumption.

Required profile

• Vocational training or degree in logistics, construction management, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably on large construction or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage material flows on construction sites or in project‑related logistics environments.
• Structured, solution‑oriented approach with strong coordination skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German, Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany and Europe for project work.
