Construction Supervisor / Manager

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Construction Supervisors/Managers to lead the execution of laboratory and office projects for a pharmaceutical client in Puurs. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating external contractors and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution phase of construction projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage external partners and contractors, overseeing their performance and compliance.
• Organise and lead meetings with internal stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to the client’s management team.

Required profile

• Degree educated or possessing exceptionally extensive experience in construction.
• Minimum ten years of construction and/or mechanical experience, including at least ten years on‑site.
• Proven experience in life‑science, mission‑critical or similarly complex projects.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Previous experience with PM Group is desirable.
