Construction Manager (F/M/X) – Brussels

About the role

You will join the engineering business line in Brussels as a Construction Manager, overseeing all construction activities from start to finish. The role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams on site.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor construction works from project kickoff, including drafting meeting minutes for each site visit.
• Maintain a permanent presence during critical phases, especially outside normal hours for high‑risk or exceptional works.
• Verify material and work compliance with project specifications and participate in acceptance testing.
• Review and approve plans, diagrams, and calculation notes.
• Instruct and supervise local site management and permanent supervision teams.
• Validate quantities against measurement codes and monitor exported quantities for progress statements and final accounts.
• Maintain the site logbook and attachment register.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Background in civil or electromechanical engineering.
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, demanding environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
