Community Manager & Researcher for Strategy Platform

About the role

Vlerick Business School is seeking a dynamic Community Manager & Researcher to lead its Strategy in Action Platform (SIAP). You will nurture a network of senior strategy executives, deliver high‑impact events, and generate research that fuels the community’s learning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for platform members, maintaining regular dialogue to understand their needs and challenges.
• Design, organise and co‑deliver workshops, webinars and other events, selecting topics, speakers and case studies that maximise value.
• Conduct desk research, collect and analyse data, and produce reports to support platform activities.
• Identify prospective member companies, build a pipeline with the SIAP Director and drive community growth.
• Represent Vlerick Business School at B2B networking events and explore new business models for the platform.
• Create and disseminate content across the website, social media, brochures and other communication channels.
• Support related strategy initiatives such as corporate partnerships, tailored workshops and executive education programmes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with at least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record of building relationships with senior executives.
• Commercially driven, perseverant and comfortable working in a B2B sales context.
• Established network of executives in Belgium and beyond, or ability to develop one.
• Strong interest in corporate strategy and solid analytical capabilities.
