Community Facilitator

About the role

Coloc Housing is looking for a proactive Community Facilitator to join its fast‑growing team in Belgium. You will be the main point of contact for tenants in shared‑living homes across Brussels, Leuven and Liège, helping to create a welcoming, well‑maintained environment where residents feel at home.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and onboard new tenants, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience.
• Organise property viewings, follow‑ups and prospective tenant communications.
• Assist residents in turning a house into a true home, addressing practical and maintenance issues.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants, suppliers and technicians.
• Plan and execute community events such as BBQs, cafés and other social activities.
• Support the growth and cohesion of the resident community.

Required profile

• People‑oriented, friendly and comfortable interacting with diverse groups.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong initiative and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Based in or near Brussels, Leuven or Liège.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, community management or customer service is a plus.
