About the role
Join Mopets as a Community & Content Manager Intern and become the voice of our trusted pet lovers club. You will help shape the brand, create engaging content, and nurture a vibrant community of pet parents.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a global content strategy aligned with Mopets’ communication goals.
- Manage the master editorial calendar and ensure timely production of articles, posts, videos, newsletters, and other assets.
- Drive the Mopets blog strategy, write high‑quality articles, and coordinate content flow.
- Optimize content for SEO, monitor performance with Google Analytics, and stay updated on digital and pet‑industry trends.
- Design and execute B2C newsletters, creating templates and content that boost open rates and community engagement.
- Develop social‑media editorial calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create visual assets, reels, and stories, and manage day‑to‑day publishing.
- Moderate comments, respond to direct messages, and foster conversations to build a loyal community.
Required profile
Required skills
- SEO knowledge
- Google Analytics
- Experience with email marketing tools
- Familiarity with social‑media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
