Communications Officer (Temporary Assignment)

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Officer to join our Internal & External Communications team on a temporary basis from July 2026 to March 2027. The role will ensure continuity, consistency and high quality across all internal and external communication activities during the contract period.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of internal and external communication campaigns.
• Coordinate communication projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement and execution.
• Identify opportunities to boost brand visibility through events, media activities and partnerships.
• Create and edit content for multiple channels, including social media.
• Assist in day‑to‑day management of social media channels to maintain consistent and engaging messaging.
• Contribute to the improvement and ongoing management of communication tools, systems and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and support business‑wide communication needs.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in communications and/or marketing roles.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
