Communications Manager

About the role

The Communications Manager will shape and promote the brand’s image across all markets, ensuring a consistent and compelling experience for consumers both online and offline. Working closely with marketing, sales, and external partners, you will drive brand awareness, desirability, and preference.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a brand communication strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Develop, launch, and optimise ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns, monitoring performance and results.
• Oversee creation of brand content including visuals, videos, social media, and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand image and tone consistency across all channels and markets.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media, partners, and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Digital, and Sales teams for integrated communication.
• Identify and execute innovative partnerships, collaborations, and activations.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and FMCG communication dynamics.
• Represent the brand at events, launches, and external activations.
• Control communication budgets and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Strategic and operational mindset with strong KPI analysis capability.
• 5–8 years of experience in brand communication, preferably in FMCG, premium retail, or lifestyle sectors.
• Creative sensibility with a solid understanding of branding and storytelling.
• Experience managing multichannel campaigns and communication projects.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
• Organised, autonomous, results‑oriented, and comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Charismatic, meticulous, excellent elocution, strong interpersonal skills, and positive energy.
