Communications Intern – Community & Content Support

About the role

Culture Solutions is seeking a part‑time or full‑time Communications Intern to support its community‑building and content creation activities. The role is remote and can be undertaken on a pro‑bono basis or through an Erasmus+ traineeship.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, publish and promote social‑media content and campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Grow and monitor the organisation’s online community, fostering engagement and brand awareness.
• Create audio‑visual assets such as infographics and short videos.
• Assist in editing podcast episodes and newsletter materials in collaboration with other teams.
• Contribute graphic designs for presentations, publications and other visual communications.
• Support internal communications to ensure clear and efficient information flow.
• Help develop and refine the overall communications strategy to increase visibility of projects.
• Optionally support research, fundraising, business development and training activities.

Required profile

• Interest in cultural and European affairs, especially EU international cultural relations.
• Passion for communications with relevant education or experience.
• Strong written communication, collaboration and organisational abilities.
• High proficiency in English; additional languages such as French are a plus.
