Communication Manager

About the role

Shape the voice, image and story of the iconic Marie Jo fashion brand. As Communication Manager you will ensure every story, campaign, visual and message consistently reflects the brand’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Guard the Marie Jo brand by translating consumer insights and market trends into clear messages, compelling stories and inspiring creative direction.
• Develop and maintain the annual content plan, seasonal narratives and campaign storylines in collaboration with the Senior Communications Manager.
• Lead photo and video productions, brief photographers, stylists and agencies, and make creative decisions on set.
• Validate copy, refine storytelling and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all channels.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in communications, content marketing, branding or a comparable role.
• Experience within a fashion, lifestyle, luxury or consumer‑focused brand environment.
• Strong organisational skills combined with a hands‑on mentality.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Required skills

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
