About the role
Spektrum is seeking a Communication Event Officer to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The NCIA delivers secure communications, cyber‑security, satellite communications and other critical services for NATO member nations. In this role you will help plan and execute internal and external events that promote the agency’s work and engage stakeholders across the defence and aerospace community.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal and external events, including workshops, conferences, and official engagements.
- Manage all event logistics, such as venue coordination, scheduling, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop event communication plans to ensure effective promotion and information flow.
