Commissioning Engineer – Construction & Site Management

About the role

The Commissioning Engineer will lead construction, erection and commissioning activities at customer sites. You will be responsible for site mobilisation, civil works, and the overall execution of projects from start‑up to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute construction, civil and erection work on‑site.
• Manage commissioning activities, including testing, validation and performance testing of equipment and facilities.
• Supervise subcontractors and guide junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards and company procedures.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in project management and commissioning.
• Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (high‑school diploma with extensive experience is acceptable).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyse problems, document solutions and execute programmes.
