About the role

The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction, erection and commissioning activities at customer sites. The role covers site mobilization, civil works, equipment testing and validation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute site mobilization, civil, erection and commissioning tasks.
  • Manage testing and validation of equipment, facilities or plants according to design objectives.
  • Lead or supervise subcontractors and internal teams during performance tests.
  • Document progress, report issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with functional practices, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

  • Advanced experience in project management and commissioning, comparable to a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions and execute programs.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and capacity to guide junior team members.
