Commercial Excellence Consultant – AI Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Consultant to join our fast‑growing AI scale‑up in Ghent. You will act as the bridge between our AI‑driven sales platform and the strategic objectives of large enterprise clients, helping them shift to a Solution Selling approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the AI platform across enterprise environments, ensuring it supports a modern Solution Selling methodology.
• Partner with Sales Enablement and Commercial Excellence leaders to align AI capabilities with client sales processes and business goals.
• Demonstrate how AI can replace administrative tasks, enabling teams to prepare for meetings, uncover insights and spend more time with customers.
• Monitor adoption, diagnose technical or change‑management obstacles, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide feedback to product engineering, ensuring the roadmap reflects real‑world sales leader needs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or Management Consulting with a focus on sales strategy.
• Deep understanding of Solution Selling and ability to translate high‑level philosophy into daily sales habits.
• Consultant mindset: able to analyse processes, identify friction points and propose actionable improvements.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage for Belgian and international accounts.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on attitude and enjoyment of building playbooks in a scale‑up environment.
