Clinician – Damage Control Resuscitation & Aeromedical Evacuation

About the role

Sentinel Medical Operations is seeking highly‑experienced clinicians to join its Damage Control Resuscitation (DCR) and Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) critical‑care teams. You will operate in austere, disaster‑affected environments, providing life‑saving care aboard aircraft far from conventional trauma bays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver damage‑control resuscitation and critical‑care interventions during aeromedical evacuations.
• Manage patient movement, loading, and care on board aircraft in collaboration with a small, specialised team.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and supplies required for forward‑deployed missions.
• Train continuously on real platforms and kits to stay mission‑ready.

Required profile

• Professional background as a paramedic (preferably special‑operations), emergency/ICU/flight nurse, or physician/surgeon/anesthesiologist/intensivist/perfusionist.
• Former military experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence and ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Physical capability to carry patients and equipment.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work with international crews.
