Clinical Education & Training Specialist – Benelux (Remote/Flexible)

About the role

The Clinical Education and Training Specialist will support Insulet’s commercial team across the Benelux region, coordinating training contracts with clinics and Certified Pod Trainers, and ensuring timely delivery of product education.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage training contracts with clinics and Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs).
• Coordinate with legal counsel to review and finalize contracts.
• Work with purchasing and accounts payable to set up payment processes for contracted clinics and CPTs.
• Maintain electronic and paper databases of contracted offices and CPTs.
• Set up CPTs in Salesforce and provide system access (Salesforce Portal, DocuSign, WebEx, etc.).
• Manage the training portal to ensure new customers receive timely training.
• Handle communications (calls, emails) from CPTs and contracted clinics, routing needs to appropriate managers.
• Oversee CPT portal to verify completion of paperwork and timely payments.
• Audit training documentation for compliance before approval.
• Provide flexible support for priority activities to assist the commercial team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum five years experience in a field/office management role.
• Strong administrative, managerial, coordination, planning and logistics abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings and events.

• Salesforce (including portal configuration).
• Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio.
• DocuSign.
• WebEx.
• Strong computer proficiency.
