Client Delivery Executive

About the role

The Client Delivery Executive (CDE) is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of contracted services and projects, acting as the main liaison between the client and Atos. The role focuses on meeting service level agreements, timelines, and financial targets while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations and handling escalations.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, profitability, and maintain P&L responsibility.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams and coordinate with engineering, solution architecture, development, and global practice groups.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Leads and Marketing to develop new solutions and best practices.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and contractual risks.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with excellent communication abilities.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.
