Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Client Advisor will act as the brand ambassador for Church’s, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every customer. You will guide clients through the brand’s heritage, product range and values while driving individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and place the customer at the centre of every interaction.
• Capture and maintain client data in the company CRM to enable personalized service and future sales opportunities.
• Promote an omni‑channel mindset, collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Proactively cross‑sell accessories and footwear, meeting individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, competitors and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain high visual standards on the shop floor and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
• Contribute to store security by remaining vigilant against theft.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills
