Chief Quality Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Quality Officer to lead a step‑change in quality excellence across R&D and industrial operations for next‑generation copper‑based electronic materials. The role will shape global quality standards, drive zero‑defect initiatives and act as the primary quality interface with top‑tier customers and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global quality strategy for high‑performance products.
• Build and optimise a robust R&D quality management system ensuring traceability and standardisation.
• Lead quality across the full product lifecycle—from innovation and validation to industrialisation and mass production.
• Establish proactive quality risk‑management frameworks.
• Serve as the key quality liaison with customers and strategic partners.
• Drive root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and zero‑defect programmes.
• Foster a strong, cross‑functional quality culture across engineering, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of quality leadership experience in copper, PCB or advanced electronic materials.
• Extensive exposure to ultra‑thin, high‑frequency/high‑speed materials with critical reliability requirements.
• Deep knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO, IATF, APQP, FMEA and PPAP.
• Proven track record operating at the intersection of R&D, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Strong leadership ability to structure and transform organisations.
• Analytical mindset combined with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach.
