Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the role

Vision XR Group is seeking a hands‑on Chief Operating Officer to lead the day‑to‑day management of its galleries, international expansion and architectural‑art projects. The COO will turn the founder’s vision into concrete operational plans, ensuring high standards across all locations and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Vision XR Group and translate strategy into operational plans, priorities and budgets.
• Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations and weekly management rhythms.
• Coordinate sales, gallery operations, marketing, logistics, finance and project delivery.
• Identify organisational gaps, recruit needed talent and build a culture of ownership, discipline, speed and accountability.
• Provide the founder with reliable performance, priority and risk information.
• Directly manage and coach key team members, conduct performance reviews and address under‑performance.
• Oversee professional operation of all gallery locations, ensuring consistent presentation, staffing and client experience.
• Coordinate exhibitions, installations, events and artwork rotations while monitoring schedules and commercial opportunities.

• Proven senior‑level operational leadership with a hands‑on execution mindset.
• Ability to translate visionary goals into structured, measurable results.
• Experience building scalable organisations that can grow internationally without heavy founder dependence.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of fostering cross‑departmental collaboration.
