Chief Information Security Officer

About the role

NVISO is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead the planning, organization, and execution of its internal security processes. You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring the company’s infrastructure and applications remain secure while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of security operations, including planning, organizing, evaluating and improving internal information security services, controls, policies and procedures.
• Define and maintain NVISO’s internal security roadmap, proposing improvements, investments and coordinating implementation.
• Monitor the organization’s security posture and ensure robust internal security hygiene at all times.
• Assess new business requirements for security impact, recommend mitigating actions and oversee their implementation.
• Document, maintain and continuously improve security processes and maturity‑improvement action plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior information security leadership roles, preferably within a cybersecurity services environment.
• Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, compliance and incident response.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Passion for staying current with evolving security threats and technologies.
