Chef de Rang – Restaurant Service

About the role

Join the historic Hotel Amigo, located steps from Brussels' Grand Place, as a Chef de Rang. You will be part of the Rocco Forte Hotels family, delivering memorable dining experiences to a discerning international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange tables for service (mise en place).
• Serve dishes and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Clear tables promptly and reset for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant, including service equipment.
• Provide guidance to demi‑chef de rang and commis staff.
• Assist in the setup and service of banquets, buffets, and special events.
