Chef de Rang – Restaurant Server

About the role

Thon Hotels is seeking a motivated Chef de Rang to join its dynamic team in the European quarter of Brussels. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar, delivering a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere during service, especially during late hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive service to guests in the restaurant and bar areas.
• Prepare and serve basic cocktails, mixed drinks, beers, wines, and other beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized service environment.
• Adapt to flexible schedules and varying shift lengths.
• Support colleagues by ensuring smooth operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar hospitality role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong customer‑orientation with a desire to make guests happy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
• Confidence in guiding guests through menu choices.
• Motivation to learn, develop, and take initiative.
