About the role

Thon Hotels is looking for a motivated Chef de rang to join its restaurant and bar team in Brussels. You will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well‑served throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service in the restaurant, creating a calm and professional atmosphere.
• Assist the bar by preparing and serving basic cocktails, mixed drinks, beers, wines and other beverages.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to exceed expectations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage service role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to make a direct impact on guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including varying shift lengths.
