Cargo Charter Sales Consultant – €52k + 10% Uncapped Commission

About the role

Join a fast‑paced cargo charter team that arranges flights for everything from humanitarian aid to Formula One equipment. As a Sales Consultant you will build lasting client relationships, solve complex logistics challenges and help ensure every charter departs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate charter flights for a diverse range of cargo.
• Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with clients worldwide.
• Identify sales opportunities, meet KPIs and achieve revenue targets.
• Travel frequently, often at short notice, to support charter operations.
• Collaborate with mentors during the first 7 months to master industry processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch (essential).
• Degree‑level education.
• Strong communication, resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently and hold a valid driver’s licence.
