Care Expert (Customer Support) – Belgium

About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to join its growing Belgian team. You will be the first point of contact for members, providing assistance through chat, email and phone while helping shape a preventive health experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries promptly, delivering clear, accurate and compassionate information.
• Resolve issues related to health insurance, prevention services and digital tools.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to improve processes, tools and the overall product.
• Analyse member feedback, identify improvement areas and propose actionable solutions.
• Contribute to building and nurturing the Belgian care team as it expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, education or communication.
• Bilingual in English and Dutch or English and French.
• Strong written communication skills and a passion for helping members.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital communication channels.
