About the role
Alan is looking for a Care Expert to join its Belgian team. As a front‑line User Care Representative you will interact with members through chat, email and phone, delivering a transparent, accurate and helpful experience in the health‑insurance space.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries promptly, ensuring clarity and empathy.
- Maintain high‑quality communication while handling health‑related topics.
- Participate in internal projects aimed at improving processes, tools and the product.
- Analyse feedback, identify improvement areas and propose actionable solutions.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Belgian care team.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑support, education or communication role.
- Bilingual in English plus Dutch or English plus French.
- Strong passion for helping members and solving their problems.
